Spirit Guides are something that some might find hard to explain. The easiest way to think of them that most would understand is that they are like our Gaurdian Angels. Spirit beings that look out for us, care about our well being and try to help guide us to self realization, truth, and prosperity in all areas of our lives.

It is my belief that each person has more than one spirit guide. The total number of guides each person on this Earth have standing by there side is often a  indicator of the  help they may need or can receive for various reasons and situations. Most people have one main guide who will stay with them through out their time on Earth, where others, like friends and family may come and go. They often have a purpose to fulfil or duty to take care of in our regaurds. Once this is completed they can move on to another task, or to help someone else.

There are various guides of all types. Each have their own views, own concepts, own energy and words of wisdom. Some appear to Jessica Lee as humans, some as other forms, entities or 'alien' form. Guides are here to help all of us find our path in life, stay true to who we are and to be the best that we can be. Whenever you need help for anything at all, you can call on your guides.

The guides have more, if not all control over what information is going to be passed through which tends to have more spiritual, emotional or intellectual value than it does material.
