All readings are available for purchase from any member or non member who is 18 years or older who is able to provide the correct currancy in exchange for the reading that is obtained.

The readers available on this site are either born natural with their abilities or have learned over many years and are professional and curtious. There will be a high standard of honesty in what information we receive and obtain for each clients reading. Although it is our intent and purpose to give the most accurate and insightful readings we understand that we can not be 100% correct 100% of the time. All readings will be given to each client in the best way possible, however we are not responsible for what the client chooses to do with the information or advice that is given.

If medical concerns arise through a clients reading the client must understand that we are not trained medical doctors or psychologist and it is your responsibility as a client to seek the appropriate medical or psychology care that is best for you.

Reiki is offered through this site as well as other forms of spiritual or energy healing works. These are in no way suggested or intended to replace the care of a certified doctor or health care practitioner but work well in combination with their care and prescriptions of wellness techniques.

Membership is available to anyone who is over the age of 18 in the U.S. and only through a paid subscription will a member be entitled to the promised perks of membership located on the membership page. If a payment has not be received for Membership you will only be entitled to receive email notifications of specials running on this site at any given time.

Refunds are not available for any readings. If you feel you have not received an accurate reading you may contact Jessica Lee at thesecretpsychic@yahoo.com with your complaint and request a free follow up reading or choose to seek your psychic services elsewhere.

Special offers on the members only page as clearly stated is only intended for subscribed members with full membership perks. If any client or site visitor pays for a reading that is intended for members only and they are not a member they will not be refunded as it is their responsibility to read before buying and it is stated on that page in a easy to read place that these specials are not intended for just anyone.

 Free Birthmonth readings are available only to members of this site and typically will be given out anytime between the first and the last of the month of their said birthday that should be answered in their profile questions. If a member fails to list their birthmonth in their profile questions within the first 30 days of becoming a member they will need to contact Jessica Lee to alert her that the update has been made so that she may file the month appropriately. If said member fails to enter this information they waive their free birth month reading for that year unless they enter in that information and alert Jessica Lee before their birthmonth is over.

At times birthmonth readings may be delivered late and if so this is due to personal or health issues that causes Jessica Lee unable to provide that service at the time. If this should occur the readings will be made up at her earliest convinance and ability.

Members Only Reading Specials must be paid with a members only passcode included with the payment for easy verifying of your membership. If you have not recieved your passcode or promodcode after signing up to become a member or have lost or forgotten yours please contact Jessica Lee at thesecretpsychic@yahoo.com with your user name and user email address along with date of joining so that she can email you your promocode or passcode.
